We're building opportunity, education and hope for children, young people and families in our community. A registered CIC — not for profit, rooted in purpose.
Embokuye Bright Future CIC was established to carry out activities that benefit the community — with a particular focus on children, young people and those who care for them.
Providing access to learning, training and skills development so every person can reach their potential, regardless of background or circumstance.
Dedicated programmes and support for young people and children, nurturing confidence, character and a strong foundation for life ahead.
Working together to uplift entire communities — creating networks of support, opportunity and belonging for anyone who needs it.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC) registered under the Companies Act 2006, Embokuye Bright Future is legally bound to act in the community's interest. Every penny we raise goes back into our work.
We operate with an asset lock — meaning our assets cannot be transferred for private benefit. If we were ever wound up, our remaining assets would pass to another asset-locked body, not individuals.
We are regulated by the Regulator of Community Interest Companies, providing full transparency and accountability.
Registered under the Companies Act 2006 — built for purpose, not profit.
All assets are protected for community benefit, not private gain.
Every member is also a Director — democratic, transparent and accountable.
Our work extends to anyone and their children who can benefit.
Whether you want to volunteer, partner with us or simply learn more — we'd love to hear from you.
