We'd love to hear from you. Whether you have a question, want to get involved or simply want to say hello โ reach out.
We're a community organisation and we mean it โ every message is read and responded to personally. Don't hesitate to get in touch for any reason.
A CIC is a special type of limited company that exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders. We are regulated by the Regulator of Community Interest Companies and our assets are legally locked for community use.
As a CIC with an asset lock (Article 3 of our constitution), any funds you donate cannot be used for private gain. All assets must be used for community benefit or transferred to another asset-locked body.
Membership is open to those approved by the Directors. Applications must be made in writing. As per our Articles, every member is also a Director, so membership carries real governance responsibility.
Simply complete the contact form on this page, select "I'd like to volunteer" as your reason, and tell us a little about yourself and the skills you can offer. We'll be in touch to discuss opportunities.
Under Article 24, Directors may receive remuneration as determined by the board, but this is not for private gain โ it reflects fair compensation for services. The CIC remains bound by its not-for-profit constitution.
As required by the Companies Acts, we submit annual reports and accounts to both Companies House and the CIC Regulator. These will be publicly accessible once filed. Contact us for further information.
